We take the protection of your personal data seriously. All processing is carried out confidentially and in full compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

a) When you visit the website

We automatically collect technical data such as your (anonymised) IP address, browser type and version, operating system, date and time of access, and referrer URL. This information helps us keep the site stable, secure and performant. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).

b) When you submit a contact form

We collect the information you provide – name, e-mail address, and the content of your message. We use this data to answer your enquiry and provide the requested service. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract/pre-contractual measures) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

4. Hosting & Sub-Processors

Our website is hosted on a dedicated server with Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU). All data processing takes place exclusively within the European Union.

All service providers are contractually bound to comply with GDPR.

5. Cookies

We use only technically necessary cookies (e.g. for managing cookie consent). No marketing or tracking cookies are set without your explicit consent. Please refer to our cookie banner for details.

6. International Data Transfers

All personal data is processed and stored on servers within the EU (Germany). No transfers to third countries take place.

7. Data Retention

Customer and prospect data are retained for as long as the business relationship exists and for up to five years thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law or you request deletion sooner. Technical log data (section 3a) is anonymised or deleted after twelve months.
